The school curriculum this month includes “same and different”. I thought the body part song “Just Like Me” (I think that’s the title… I left that handout at work), would be perfect. The SLP and I changed the ending to “we’re the same” working on social awareness and pronouns. We sang about feet and eyes identifying body parts by pointing. To increase social awareness we had the students pair up on the “hands” verse and pat hands with their peer. Thanks for the music!
