Some challenges I see are finding songs that work for all the age groups, involving all the children, reassuring parents that

all the children are benefiting from the music in different ways.

I would let parents know that we are working with the Whole child in mind.  The older children benefit in many ways such as

being a model for younger children, helping others, choice making.  They are also in tune with the rhythm and sharing and interacting with

their friends and siblings.  The younger children are observing their peers/siblings, feeling the rhythm, receiving sensory input and bonding

with their family.
