Hi, Everyone!
I believe my years of teaching music in public schools, my training as a music therapist with many age levels, and my experience as a mother of 3 daughters will bring a strong knowledge base to my practice in early childhood music therapy. Most of my professional experience with very young children has been in 1:1 music therapy sessions. This course will give me an opportunity to work with both typical and developmentally delayed children, along with their parents, in a way that can help many of these young parents navigate the sometimes overwhelming world of raising children. I’m so excited to jump back into music therapy again, with a focus on wellness for the entire family through music making!

Hello Everyone!
My name is Dina Breaux and I have been a board-certified music therapist since 2008. I live in Tempe, Arizona, having earned my MT certification through ASU. Though I am not currently working, I do teach piano lessons and share music at my granddaughters daycare. I have always loved working with young children and babies and feel that this program will be a great way to start back into my MT practice. I’m excited to learn how to help parents bond with their children using music and to bring this program into my community!
I look forward to getting to know all of you and sharing ideas and music!
